Carrie Au will be taking you on this retreat to the lovely countryside in Norfolk. Enjoy a weekend of daily yoga and meditation sessions and delicious vegetarian meals surrounded in nature and beautiful countryside. There will be plenty of free time for walks around the countryside, reading a book, socialising with others or relaxing in the private south-facing gardens.

Yoga retreats are a great way to deepen your yoga practice, practicing yoga every day on the retreat, taking time out to look after your health and well-being, getting out of the hustle and bustle of city living, surrounding yourself in beautiful nature and meeting new people! 

About Quaker Barns, Norfolk

Quaker Barns is a beautiful, contemporary holiday cottage situated close to the Norfolk Coast and Norfolk Broads. It is the perfect place to escape for a weekend yoga retreat to calm your body and mind. It is located in a lovely part of Norfolk with tranquil countryside, making it the ideal place to let the deeper layers of your yoga practice develop naturally. 

With luxury accommodation, private south-facing gardens and stunning views across the Norfolk countryside, you will be relaxed by nature, rejuvenated by delicious organic foods and completely revitalised.

Friday
5:30pm: Arrival
6:15pm: Yoga
7:30pm: Welcome Dinner

Saturday and Sunday
8:00am: Breakfast
10:00am: Yoga
12:00pm: Lunch
5:15pm: Yoga
7:00pm: Evening Dinner

Monday
7:00am: Yoga
8:00am: Breakfast
9:15am: Depart

All morning yoga sessions are 90 mins except on day of departure will be 60 mins
All evening yoga sessions are 75 mins except on day of arrival will be 60 mins

Accommodation and Prices

We will be staying in Quaker Barns with luxury and spacious bedrooms, some en-suite and some shared bathrooms as well as a large bright airy room for all your yoga sessions.

We require £150 non-refundable deposit to secure your room. 
Balance is to be paid 10 weeks before the retreat starts.

Escape to the North Norfolk countryside, just 2-3 hours from London. 

If you wish to share cars to drive, we can put you in touch with others who would like to do the same.

"This was the first yoga retreat I have been to and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Carries choice of location was wonderful. It was quiet and peaceful with lovely surroundings. I came back home from this weekend having found a certain sense of inner peace and tranquility. The longer and slightly more intense morning lessons were great with a more restorative, meditative evening session.
Each day I learnt something new, whether it was breaking down a sequence like the Sun Salutations to have a better understanding of how to do them or learning a completely new pose.
