We aim to provide accessible yoga classes in a safe environment allowing students to explore their yoga practices in their own unique way.
Styles of yoga offered are Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Slow Flow Yoga and Flow & Restore.

We will play with balance in a light-hearted and curious way. We may fall a little or a lot in the process and then develop the courage and strength that is necessary to be strong and flexible in both mind and body.
