Private 1-1 sessions are a great way for those new to yoga to practice in a safe environment with individual attention to learn the correct alignment, understand the postures and to feel the posture rather than worry about how it looks.
It is also a great way for more advanced students to focus on particular areas or simply individual attention to deepen and explore their practice further.
The sessions will be tailored to the individual's needs and requirements, whether that is improving strength, flexibility and mobility or to simply relax, reduce stress for improved mental well-being. Styles of yoga can also be adapted to suit the individual's level and preferences, from slow gentle movements to dynamic, faster paced styles.

£400 for 10 one hour sessions (£40 per hour saving £50)
