Carrie Au

Yoga to me is calming both the mind and body. I believe it is vital that the mind and body work together in harmony and if either one of the mind or body is neglected then one is not wholesome.

I started my yoga journey over ten years ago and have been grateful for the things I have learnt from this incredible journey. Yoga has been there for me during times of stress and question of identity; living in the busy modern day life where expectations were already set at an early age from school, college, university to work. It was then I started to ponder the purpose of life and what happiness means to me.

I decided to give up my corporate job having worked in the industry for over ten years to start a new adventure in my life and explore yoga further. Yoga has created peace, harmony and balance in my life as well as a healthy mind and body.

As a yoga teacher I wish to share this experience with others, helping others find their peace, harmony and balance as well as a healthy mind and body.

Carrie's yoga teaching style is very calm and meditative yet offering challenging sequences to continually develop the students’ practice in a safe and supportive environment. Carrie encourages students to explore their yoga practice in their own unique way, with patience and acceptance to where they are in their journey.

Carrie also teaches Private 1-1 and Group sessions as well as Corporate Yoga classes and has taught classes for Michael Page Recruitment, China Construction Bank, Tommy Hilfiger, UBS, Trayport and London CRC Probation.
