Wednesday Lunchtimes
Slow Flow Yoga:
12:15-13:00 (45 mins):
A slower based flow class, focusing on alignment and breath. Postures are generally held for longer with slower transitions between
postures. Suitable for all levels, great for beginners due to the slower pace
and also for more advanced students who like to slow it down and deepen their
practice.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow
Yoga: 13:15-14:00 (45 mins):
A faster paced dynamic practice, mixing postures from the
Ashtanga series with Vinyasa Flow, synchronising breath with movement. Suitable for all levels with variations and modifications
offered throughout the class.
Friday Evenings
Candlelit Flow Yoga:
17:15-18:15 (60 mins):
This class includes a slow flow yoga with meditation in
an atmospheric candlelit setting designed to calm the senses, body and mind. This
is the class to slow it down and turn your awareness in, allowing time to
deepen your practice and connect breath with movement. A great way to end the
week and start the weekend! Suitable for all levels.
